The first thing I thougth was president of the republic Turgut Ozal could have stolen the money (3 billion, 300 million dollars). Because family of Turgut Ozal became very rich after ANAP governments time. Around the 1994 March-April-May months I began to talk to the journalist(press) about this subject.

I told about this situation to journalist and stated that I will also mention it to the army (generals).These people have sent 200.000 young soldiers to death just to steal a part of 5 billion dollars into their own accounts. I thought that may be generals (army) could go over this subject President of the republic Suleyman Demirel who is informed about me and the scandal has threatened me like this: 'Dont count on the army. You would regret that you were born from your mother'. I began to meet with socialdemocratic national deputies in June-July 1994. After this speech the police told the situation to the American Embassy in Turkiye. At this level I want to make this short explanation. In Vietnam a lot of American soldiers had died in 1960\s and 1970\s years. In 1980 so many soldiers had died in Lubnan. A lot soldiers may have died in Kuwait in 1990. American goverenment (President George Bush) tried to send less death American soldiers back to America. Please read (Kurt card of USA) written by Turan Yavuz page 131,140,149,150,151,172) Saudia Arabia, didnt want to be the first country, that attacks on Arabian country (Iraq). So they had given 5 billion dollars to Turgut Ozal to help to establish second front which would be used to attack to Saddam from north. Americans and Saudi Arabics had tried to send 200.000 Turkish soldiers to war to death just for saving their soldiers.

The Americans in Ankara Embassy when informed were ashamed and opned our Habur border gate at the Iraq border. They allowed us to make commerce with Iraq (Sabah newspaper, 21 August 1994) By my efforts Turkiye gains 2000 million dollars a year. The Americans who are insisting on embargo to Iraq since 1990, now are ashamed and are giving exemption to Turkiye. If 3 billion 300 million dollars isnt lost, it has to be at the banks of Switzerland.Our loss was too big. The amount of money that came from the trade of Habur Border was only 200 million dollars. Because of this I started to consult to little socialist parties.

Upon this it was declared by the newspapers that 1 billion and 200 million dollars of the totally 3 billion and 300 million dollars was taken back. But it was allowed to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with a low rate of interest

In spite of Turkey's inability to conquer America, to prevent a reaction by the Turkish Army and Turkish people, an agreement to send 1 billion 200 million dollars from the American bank to the Turkish bank was mode (4 October 1994, Hrriyet newspaper). This was actually sent to the Turkish Central Bank on 18 January 1995. Aksam newspaper.I went on trying to find the remaining 2 billion, 100 million dollars. This amount is not apparent anyhow. I had the Habur Border gate opened. I brought the 1 billion 200 million dollars from America. After the agreement in October, to find the remaining, 2 billion, 100 million dollars, I thought to go to the generals and tell all about the events. After A while, in nowember 1994 there had been a progression.

1. President of the republic Sleyman Demirel threatened me for the second time. He told me that: "The milk that you sucked (absorbed) from your mother, will come back from your nose". 18 November 1994, Hrriyet newspaper.

2. Mesut Yilmaz , the current leader of a party (ANAP) which pushed 200.000 young soldiers into war said: "If someone does not say stop to these events, very worrying improvements will come out (into light)

3. "Turgut Yilmaz, who is the brother of Mesut Ylmaz, left away fromTekstilbank, where he had been one of the associates.

4. The American Embassy of Turkey, Richard Berkley, made a grant of 120 million dollar because of this shame. 23 November 1994 Hrriyet Newspaper.

5. Semra zal, the wife of the dead ex-president Turgut zal began to sell her jewelleries. 12 November 1994 Milliyet newspaper.

6. Ahmet zal (The son of Turgut zal) closed his bank in Frankfurt-Germany called "Deutsch-Schweizerische". The associate of the bank Khazakistan lost great amounts.

7. Ahmet zal, sold the television channel that named Kanal 6.

8. Ahmet zal, sold the heritage that came from his father.

9. Ahmet zal, got close to DYP (True Road Pary).With no indication of deposition of 2 billion 100 million dollars, I started interviewing Rightist Party leaders.

Relating to this, Mehmet Ali Birand wrote: "Turkey has not received the money from Saudia Arabia". 26 October 1994 Sabah newspaper.

In this way to achieve the bargain of a 5 billion dollar bribe, our 200.000 young soldiers were not driven into a war. But, because of my efforts America pressed Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, United Emirates and Japan on last days of December of 1994. After pressure 1 billion and 200 million dollars of 2 billion 100 million dollars wich was never present, was sent after 5 years. Aggrement was written in Resmi Newspaper on 10 January 1995. After this Mesut Yilmaz approached to DYP to make coalition without any preconditon 12 January 1995, Hrriyet newspaper. After I realised that Mesut Yilmaz made a speech: "A warning may come from army like on 12 March." 17 January 1995 Hrriyet newspaper. Because 200.000 young soldiers who were under control of Turkish generals, were tried to be sent to death. So Turkish generals became fooled. Also money was invested to personal accounts.

There is still a 900 millions of dollars left that has to come from Japan. As Japan is a state (country) with a democratic-parliament it couldn't finance to send this money after so many years.As making attempts for the 900 million dollars that has to come from Japan, the leader of ANAP Mesut Yilmaz called me: "Don't expect help from army." 13 February 1995 Sabah newspaper.And Ahmet zal the sun of president Turgut zal who died in March of 1997 ran away to Germany.

He lived there for 14 months (1 year and 2 months). As these scandals were not pressed in Turkish papers and TV's he returned to Turkey.George Bush, who was the president of USA in those years, was trying to send 200.000 Turkish soldiers to war to die. He took the decision to come to Turkey. But the thought that he would be met with extensive protests and canceled to come to Turkey. At the same time a CIA agent who gave a speach at American CNN television channel has announced that: "There will be great confusion (tumults) in Turkey in the following days. You haven't realized this event yet. At recordings of the secret services Turkey become number one."For this reason we have sent many CIA agent from Russia and east Europe countries to Turkey. And Marc Grossman has been sent to Turkey as a new American Embassador. 2 January 1995, Milliyet newspaper.

Naturally Marc Grossman was informed. One of people who tries to sent 200.000 of young soldiers to war and death is Marc Grossman. Marc Grossman was the second embassador (assistant) during the Gulf Crisis and the Gulf War. The first man embassador was Morton Abramowitz.

Marc Grossman begin to support Turkey due to his shame. These supporting are:

1-He support the conception of Bak-Ceyhan petrol-pipeline which is the wish of Turkey about the sending of the petroleums of Azerbeycan to Europe 1 February 1995 Sabah and Hurriyet newspapers.

2-After 4 day at February 5, 1995 Azerbeycan increased our share in petroleum from 1.75% to 6.75%. Russia proposing Bak-Novorossisk and Iran proposing Bak-Basra petroleum pipeline were injured by this. As they went on insisting America decided for an Ambargo to Iran. 2 May 1995, Hrriyet newspaper. Right after this Russia and Iran started to act together against Turkey and America.

3-Beginning from March 1995, Marc Grossman made intense attempts for acception of Turkey to Custom Union. By the end of 1995 we are accepted to Custom Union.

4-In April, May, June 1995 we have receive a 720.000 dollars, 107.000.000 dollars, 45.000.000 dollars and 431.000 dollars donation-credit from America.

5-They gave two tanker planes. 13 August 1995.

6-They sold 100 ATACMS rockets.

7-They wanted to donate us one boat and sell us two boats which is 3 in total.

8-In 1995 on 15 August Saudia Arabia killed 4 Turkish people by sword. In 1995 on 21 August by the efforts and pressure that Marc Grossman has applied on Saudi Arabia they stopped cutting the heads of Turkish prisoners.

9-America, warn Greece for the first time because of putting Turkish religious officer (man) under police supervision in Iskee. February 1, 1995. Hrriyet or Sabah newspaper.

10-America give ultimatum to Greece to improve it's relationship with turkey. March 29-30, Hrriyet or Sabah newspaper.

11-America ended the press of Greece government on Turkish minority living in western Thrace which was held by force. 4 November 1995,Sabah newspaper.

12-Hillary Clinton, wife of Bill Clinton, president of America, first came to Turkey although it wasn't in her programme. Later she went to Greece In Greece, she made fun of Greece by saying: "Don't be afraid of, Turkish"; "They're good people".

13-America act equally both to Turkey and Greece in the Kardak Island crisis. In the previous years America were acting on the side of Greece in the solution of problems.

14-America made pressure to Armenia. The Azeri Turkish prisoners who we are kept in Armenian prisons were left free. This was done in March or April of 1995.

After these events and support, I thought to tell the events and scandals to the generals. President of the republic Sleyman Demirel, threatened me for the third and fourth times and said: "The mace of steelyard is in its place." Mace means iron. Except for the decreased restraint to the Turkish in western Thrace region of Greece;Setting free of Turkish prisoners from Ermenian prisons, and avoiding cutting the heads of Turkish prisoners in Saudia Arabia, the support given to Turkey is not important.Setting free of Turkish prisoners from Ermenian prisons, and avoiding eating the heads of Turkish prisoners in Saudia Arabia, the support given to Turkey is not important.We've 3 problems much more important than the ones greated by the irregularities of president Turgut zal:

1- Turgut zal trying to send 200.000 young soldiers to war for the negatiation of 5 billion dollars wasn't interested in the survival of 75 Turkish prisoners in Saudi Arabia. In the Gulf Crisis period, which lasted 8 months, He didn't make a return back agreement with Saudies who were sending their princes to wage us for war, for a second (2.) front from Northern Iraq. Saudi Arabia which become irritated to pressure applied by Marc Grossman and America didn't cut the head of Turkish with sword but also didn't let the Turkish prisoners use the forgiving laws which they produced (derive) they didn't release (abandon) Turkish.

2- Turkey buys petroleum from Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Libya.But Turgut zal bought petroleum mostly from Saudi Arabia. The then Prime Minister Turgut zal kept the oil (petroleum) price intentionally higger than it was while buying oil (petroleum)for Turkey and transferred the payment into his private account as if the was paying out the oil (petroleum) fee. Every year, our 700 million dollars are smuggled into personal account.

3- He kept the interest rates intentionally higher while borrowing from the foreign countries and also transferred our payments for debt and interest into his private account.71 prisoners in Saudia Arabia should be left; The price of the petroleum should be decreased; and the interests of our debt should be decreased.Because of the irregularities lived in Turkey and because the petroleum and debt interests are keep high and the payment we make is passed to Switzerland banks our economic status is getting worse.

For years we have been living with a 70% inflation. Because of this inflation there has been a great migration to Germany and Europe. Those who migrate to Europe and Germany has been doing somethings that may disturb your social lives and they poison your children by selling some drugs like heroin and cocaine (narcotics).

Nobody leaves his family and becomes immigrant. Helping me and Turkey infact means to help your children. I'm waiting for Europe, especially for German people to support me internationally.Because of the immigration to Europe and Germany, in order not to leave Germany and European youth without any job, in order not to find narcotics easily and also very much, and not to come face to face with the vulgar crimes: Give me a hand please. Noone wants to lay in prison 20 years because of narcotic trade. Because of short term-unnecessary-economyc profits of Europen directors ignore the robberies.

As a result your children deal with ordinary crime, unemployment and drug abuse.

Rightist fashist and fundamentalist terrorists said that they were sending heroin and drugs to America, Europe and Germany and try to poison the Christian youth .

President of the republic Sleyman Demirel avoids everyone to speak by saying: "Don't let the honour of the state be loosed". But Ahmet zal (the son of the Turgut zal) avoids the scandals to be announced by newspaper and TV's by threatening several people by the files of the scandals he had which belongs to those people.Democracy is not well developed in Turkey. When a man is killed, they all make a great fuss. But president of the republic Turgut zal, did try not a single man, but tried 200.000 Turkish soldiers and 500.000 Krt citizens to fight against each other.It is a big scandal to do this for only money. It is even bigger that the scandales that have been heard all over the world in 1970's as Lockheed, Watergate, Irangate and Whitewater.

There can't be a scandal as big as his. You can learn these events from Turkish newspapers. I've written the names and the dates of every newspaper. Your employees in Turkey can read these newspapers that I've given the names and dates.You will see the events. Don't waste your time by coming to Turkey to do an interview with me. Write about these scandals and events without waiting time. President of the republic Sleyman Demirel and Ahmet zal can't threaten you. Inspite of these they fired me my family and my relatives. Even it isn't permitted to be a waiter. I have graduated from our jobs Ankara University, Faculty of Law. I'm a lawyer. I'm 31. But the policemen turn back the customers who came to me for business to my office. That's why I can't work I don't work, but I don't want any money for publishing this letters in the newspaper. However I request 5 billion dollars for it to be written in a book.Because these scandals and events will cause a chaos around the whole world especially in Russia, Iran, Japan, Saudi Arabia, America, Switzerland, Turkey, Greece, Armenian, Kazakistan, Kuwait, Azerbeycan, The United Arap of Emarites and Government of South Cyprus.

Because:

1.Russia and Iran are refused to control the petroleum pipeline.

2.The Japan government had given 900 million dollars as a bribe.

3.Saudi Arabia and America tried to send 200.000 Turkish soldiers to save their owns.

4.All money from debt-interest-petroleum-bribe was sent to Switzerland.

5.All these events happened in Turkey and are still happening in Turkey.

6.Pressures were made on Greece.

7.Kazakistan bank was closed.

8.Pressure were made on Armenia

9.Pressure were made on Kuwait.

10.Pressure were made on The United Arap of Emarites

11.Pressure were made on Azerbeycan.

12.Pressure were made on Governmentof South Cyprus.

These scandals and these events will be effective world wide. Everybody will receive information about these events from Internet. In this petroleum region we live, there can be wars again by suggested bribes in the future.Many innocent young soldier can die. In order not to have this situation, this letter must be announced to the world. This is our humanity duty.I'll well come to my home in Ankara every year the person and his/her family of who makes my letter subject to the media.

I'll send his/her money from my income I gain from books and/or interviews. With this promise I'm devoted (tied) to the Turkish laws. I have graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law. I'm a lawyer. I have knowledge about laws.

Turkish debt was 18 billion dollars in 1984. That year, Turgut zal took debt with high unbelievable interest. So our country's debt is increasing so much in amount. Although we have been paying for 14 years, our debt increased to 80 billion dollars in 1997.In 1995 country's national debt was 65 billion dollars. The same year, we paid 10 billion dollars. Our debt reduced to dollars 55 billion but with the charge of interest, it was raised to dollars 75 billion again.

In 1996, we paid dollars 10 billion out of 75 billion debt. Our debt reduced to dollars 65 billion but I think it was to dollars 80 billion because of the interest in 1997.We are going to pay dollars 15 billion debt starting from 1998. Due to the debt-interest and oil (Petroleum) repayments, inflation rate in Turkey has been around 70 percent for years, and this will continue by 2004. After 2004, inflation rate will raise up to 300 percent a year. Because, our payments for foreign interest will exceed even our payments for debt. Yes, the interest will exceed the debt amount.

Turgut zal and the officials of ANAP did so in 1984.The amount which has been transferred into the private account must have exceeded dollars 20 billion. If they transferred dollars, 1 billion each year into their private accounts, it would be dollars 13 billion in 13 years. If we add the interest of dollars 13 billion, it must have exceeded dollars 20 billion.

Especially within the recent 3-4 years, Turkey paid back excessive debt.I want the 1984 debt contract to be revealed. This robbery will come to light if the interest rate of the bank from which turkey borrowed is compared with the interest rate which that bank agreed for other countries debts. It is very simple to do this.As I mentioned above it is very very very simple to bring these to light. Because, it exists on our records that when and how much we paid to which account number of which bank of which country.

It will be enough to glance at the transfers made into the private accounts. There are many other clues. I don't want to talk about them for now in order to prevent the officials counter-measures. I am able to reach dollars 20 bill ion as if I put it with my own hands.The robbery which was performed by keeping the oil (Petroleum) price and debt interest intentionally higher is of dollars 20 billion. This is the biggest robbery of the history of man.

This must be the biggest robbery in the history apart from the other 33 robberies.They have been trying to stop me since 1994 April. They prevent me to appear on live TV programs. If you participate in live TV programs and say: "Allow the lawyer named Yavuz ALAT, who is a dismissed judgepublic prosecutor trainee to speak on live TV programs". I can solve the problem. I have 33 more corruption files. Due to the President Sleyman Demirel who often says: "Do not damage the state; people should trust in the politicians" and Ahmet zal who blackmails by using the documents left by Turgut zal, the media keeps silence The population of 65 million is living in very bad conditions.Those who have linked to Internet should inform each other about my writings. Norway press protested the presumption claiming that the Turkish embassador Ilter Trkmen in Norway brided 10.000 dollars from on immigrant. Mona Sahlin the vice prime minister of Sweden was forced to resign by Sweden press just for buying some small due object from a shopping center.These news are in the Turkish newspaper too.

The events that I told are widely known . Because the democracy in Turkey is not enough improved our journalist are coward. Policemen can't kill me because I meet a lot of people.To force 200.000 Turkish soldier and 500.000 Kurdish civilians fight to each other; to send 700.000 persons to death, for gaining money for 5 billion dollars; is a big scandal. And also a pillage of 20 billion dollars is a big scandal. These are unforgetable and recorded scandals of the humanity history.

The Germany Embassador in Turkey and the television channel ZDF in Germany said that: "Stop the imigration from South-east Anatolia to Germany. Make better your economy immigrants do things which distrub our social harmony. Narcotic trade increased." says.Same desires come from other European countries. Nobody likes 9 month period of European winter. Nobody wants to leave his family and country and go abroad. All European countries are becoming poor to make Switzerland bank richer.

On 21 August 1994, 2.5 years ago, I had Habur Bordergate opened. After this opening of Habur Bordergate in Mardin where there used to be the highest quarrel rate highest death events and highest immigration there is now no more of death, quarrel (collide-clash) and immigration. And only a short time ago only in Mardin, Military administration (Martinal Law) was abolished.Blood, tears, funerals, immigration stopped. In the last 2 and a half year perhaps 1500-2000 funerals would come from Mardin.Mardin which was the lake of blood before, became heaven now. I did it. If dollars 20 billion can be reached and spent for the Eastern and South-eastern part of Turkey, bleeding, flood of tears, funeral and migration will completely come to an end. Mardin city is the best example.

There has been so many developments only with dollars 200 billion. It is possible to spread the development to the other cities. At present, our budget is dollar 16 billion where as, There are dollars 20 billion abroad.I want the explanation of foreign debt and interest repayments we did and we will to be revealed year by year. I have explained those in 1995-1996. What about 1997, 1988, 1999, ... and 2004, 2005, 2006, ...? What will the debt be at the end of each year? How much interest will be CHARGED?

I wonder how long this infamy, traitor and public enmity which occured in 1984 will go on, funeral ceremonies of soldiers and policemen, and the negligence of Eastern and South-eastern part of Turkey will also increase naturally as long as the corruptions are hushed up, foreign debt and interests increase and high prices are paid for oil (Petroleum).In order to prevent Ahmet zal to reveal the corruption files including their own corruptions, the media end everybody in Turkey Keep silent.

I obtained the e-mail addresses of newspapers,magazines and TV channels all around the world through the foreign embassies, consulates and cultural centers in Ankara. I had these 7 papers translated into English, German and then sent them. I passed these documents to the e-mail addresses of the Turkish media.

Turkish Media will be accused of being public enemy, and traiton, as well as being coward if they come after the world media.I am ready to be the hope, honor and pride of 65 million and Turkey. I am looking forward to your support. Your new born babies will live with an inflation rate of 70-80 percent until 8 years of old. After the age of 8, in an other word, after 2004, they ill have to live with an inflation rate of 300 percent for many years.These are not so big problems. Funeral ceremonies and migrations from the Eastern and Southeastern part of Turkey will also begin after 2004 in fact.There are 33 robberies more, of which you are aware or unaware. If these are not hushed up and the interests of foreign debts are reduced, Turkey turns into a real paradise.Here is a new corruption news: What was the reason for the payment which was issued on the official newspaper in January 10, 1995? What happened 5 years before? Where is the dollars 900 million which Japan had to send? If 6 years interest is added it becomes dollars 3-4 billion.After the payments issued on the official newspaper in January 10, why did Ahmet zal flee from Turkey? Why did he sell Kanal 6 TV, his bank in Germany and his heritage? And Ahmet zal came back I year and 2 months later since media kept silence and I wasn't allowed to speak.The notes showed to world people in English-German-Turkish language by Internet computer.Come on Internet users... You don't need to be afraid of the corruption files in the hands of Ahmet zal. I wish 1997 will be the year of us all.

1- P.S.: Can you stop your TV-Radio programmes to send this massage. The annual inflation of Russia is 2000 %. Russia probably will provide 80 billion $ from Azerbeycan petroleum. However Russian embassador in Turkey is being scared so he is quiet (afraid and also become silent). Russian embassador, does not want to relation between Russian and USA to be disturbed. The relation between USA-Russia (don't make win) will enable Russia to get 80 billion $ (to Russia).After the scandal explained Russia must be receive pipeline, and at the same time Turkey must be decreased the debt of its interest. (Russian media has explained the scandal and said Russia should get the rights for petroleum pipeline and Turkey should reduce the rate of interest for her debts). I talked to the Russia embassador in Ankara (Turkey). He said that :" This subject is very very important. But if we declare it in terms of embassador government, the relations between Russian-USA may corrupt." For this reason, he kept silence. Because of that, he couldn't speak. But you (Russian Media ) could explain as the press. (But the newspaper can explain).
